Websites that we create for our clients are W3C compliant and can pass the test with no errors and some of the clients will check them again later and all of a sudden they have a few errors. Can anyone explain what is happening and how I can stop it. Is there any code that I need to be careful of using because the compliance for W3C changes frequently or what is it? Please help. Thanks in Advance

Changes... a lot of issues are with javascript and the majority of sites are not compliant on multiple levels.

There is no simple answer. When your clients get such errors, you should go and fix them if possible. Because all web languages and browsers are dynamic and no website is 100% future proof.
