Survey analysis software

I am looking for some easy-to-use survey analysis software. A statistician has told me that there are no good easy-to-use survey analysis programs out there, because all the easy-to-use ones "do the stat tests wrong" when the data is weighted. Any ideas?

    There are lots of programs that do the tests right. Basically, you are looking for something that claims to deal with "complex" samples. From simplest to hardest to use:

    Thanks guy. I have tried but DataCracker and Sogosurvey. DataCracker works pretty well for me.

    Tim, do you have any tutorial video on how to use predictive model? I'd like to see if it can predict what factors in my service might cause customer dissatisfaction.
