Came across this link and I think it is kind of interesting. There is really no perfect way to start and end a cold call. For me, it is all about great delivery. No matter how good the script is if you do not deliver it well, it is pointless.

    There is no "one size fits all" way on how to start and end a call. It will both depend on you and the person you are calling. Each person is different and God knows what mood they are in when you are calling.
