Do 9x12 postcards even fit inside a mailbox?!

I'm sure a lot of you already know about the infamous Bob Ross' 9x12 system. Do they even fit inside normal mailboxes?!

Some smaller mailboxes they stick out of but that isn't bad. And most they will fit fine. And in the ones they don't fit they simply stick out which IMO makes them get noticed. Those smaller mail boxes are normally on porches as magazines and such don't fit either but nothing gets wet since it is on the porch.

My current house has one of those small ones. Makes ads really stand out when you get the mail.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

Really? Outsize means value to me. Magazines and coupons. It's the envelopes I toss as I pay my bills online. If it is a standard letter size it is either a bill (which I have a spread sheet to know when to pay) or something from someone selling me something. I get stuff from cable, direct tv, and SiriusXM all the time like that.

Other than scanning who it is from all letters go in the trash. No one sends me a personal letter. Cards (like birthday) are outsized. My magazines are outsized. The coupon flyer which I skim for anything I would use is outsized.

I think I could literally throw every single normal envelope away and be fine. Some days I do. Anything important is sent certified with signature required.

I literally separate out the big mail. Scan the letters over the trash and then sit down with the outsized stuff to give it my attention.

Dear hanyoon;8437980 (If that is your real name.)

If the 9X12 mailer is made out of rock, you may have a problem. The way that Bob Ross got around that is he made the mailers out of paper. They bend.

My intelligent witty Brother-in-law asked me how I got most of my customers for my store (this is several years ago).

I told him that I used "Junk mail" (See? I said it first!)
He said "How can you make money if people throw the junk mail away?"

I said "Most do, but one in 500 buys a high end vacuum cleaner"

He said "How can you make money if you only sell one in 500?"

I said "How can a gold mine make money if only one rock in 500 is gold?"

He leaned back in his chair, and got a big grin on his face. I think he got it.

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?
