Client Management Tools- What I Use....

Hi guys and gals!

Just thought I post something to see how everyone deals with their client management.

At the moment I have a pretty good system in place- but would love to hear what everyone else does/ see if any of you have an tools or spreadsheets you'd like to share, or experiences?

So- At the moment here's how I work:

SEO management:
- The white label option I use for clients supplies me with a Main client area for me to track all clients, and individual login for each of my clients.

Payment & Costs:
- Currently I use this awesome FREE solutions:
Free Online Accounting Software in the UK | Quick File

-It allows me to create invoices, track how much I am spending with out-sourcers for EACH CLIENT, keeps track of expenses, runs reports, tracks profits, keeps receipts and has a function to print, and send paper invoices to clients- without me doing a thing!

Client management:
This is where I am at a loss at the moment. I am looking for something that allows me to track each client, along with deadlines, tasks, outsource information- notifcations of when projects are approaching deadlines etc?


Does anyone have a solution or idea for this? And what's your thoughts on what I use currently?
