Chamber of Commerce Discount Program
I own a website design company and I target businesses in a large area (3 different states), so it is simply not feasible for me to join every Chamber of Commerce in the areas that I target.
I would like to offer a promotion with several Chambers to offer their members a significant discount. As many Chamber of Commerces list email addresses for their members on their website, I have all of that information available to send them an email offering them a discount.
Here is my question. I would like to include in the email that they are getting discount because they are a member of that chamber. I will include that the discount is not endorsed by the chamber, it is something we are offering on our own. Would I have to worry about any legal issues with the chamber by doing this since I am including the business' chamber membership is why they are getting the discount?
