Best Email Marketing Service for Agencies?

OFFLINE MARKETING

I used iContact for awhile, and switched to MailChimp and ultimately unhappy. For my own site funnels I have used sendpepper.com in the past, but before I make another switch, I wanted to see if you all know of a company that has a good reseller program or if there was a service that comes highly recommended over the others specifically for agencies using multiple lists and autoresponders for multiple clients? Thanks in advanced for your input.

Different programs work for everyone. So, I would suggest you carefully compare each of their features and see which one will best fit your needs.
