Don't forget about videos for getting local business leads for your SEO or Web Design Company!

True story...

A couple weeks ago I created a very basic video that targeted the keyword:

{nearby city} internet marketing

And I mean really basic. It was really just a slideshow of about 10 pictures related to internet marketing. No talking, nothing fancy at all.

The description had a link to my website in it and a couple sentences to help target my keywords.

In total the whole thing probably took me 10 minutes to put together.

Of course, it ranked quickly because YouTube videos are absolutely crushing the SERP's right now.

And I have already gotten a new client from it! He paid $2,000 for a new website, $600 for some graphics and logo creation, and committed to SEO at $750 a month for the next 6 months.

So I have already made at least $7,100 from that 10 minutes of work!

Go do the same thing in your city right now and see what happens.

      Just curious how big of a city was it?

      Also I'm assuming it ranked highly for that term in Google for that term and not just facebook?

        Not a huge city but not small either. I believe it's somewhere around 250,000 people.

        And yes the rankings were in Google.
