Youtube guru help, please...

For local clients, is there a way to make the phone number in the description or title active when viewing on cell phones? My co-worker has an old Dell tablet with skype and the phone numbers in the video titles and descriptions can be clicked. However, this doesn't happen with my Galaxy Note, even though I have skype.
Is there a way to set this up so it happens automatically, for anyone's cell phone, with or without skype? (kinda like adding https:// to make a link active)

That has nothing to do with YouTube, that is a Skype feature. Why it could be clicked on the Dell tablet and not the Galaxy note, leads me to believe that it might have been the browser settings.

....either way, it's nothing you can leverage from within YouTube.

I've wondered about that myself. Thanks for the cut and dry answer Shockwave!
