I did an interview feature today with an owner of a law firm in London. She was naturally enthusiastic about telling her businesses story (and it is a great one and is great inspiration for any business owner), but I'm thinking other businesses, after seeing the questions for the interview, aren't as forthcoming about participating in the interview, and feel that's because the questions may look a bit generic to them. Here's the questions I currently ask businesses:

Can any experienced heads provide some additional questions that will add gravitas and make the interview seem more heavyweight and serious to those less keen answering the interview questions.
