What questions would you add to an interview feature like this?

I did an interview feature today with an owner of a law firm in London. She was naturally enthusiastic about telling her businesses story (and it is a great one and is great inspiration for any business owner), but I'm thinking other businesses, after seeing the questions for the interview, aren't as forthcoming about participating in the interview, and feel that's because the questions may look a bit generic to them.

Here's the questions I currently ask businesses:

Special Feature – A City Law Firm « Online London

Can any experienced heads provide some additional questions that will add gravitas and make the interview seem more heavyweight and serious to those less keen answering the interview questions.

    I've answer my own question. A tip for anyone doing the interview method. When you get a reply back to first email, research their site first and asked them some personalized questions based on things their business is currently doing now and find some key talking points about them.

    Don't just send a list of generic questions, as when most see them and see they are generic, many will not bother going ahead or will drag their feet.

    Continually get them talking about themselves and things relevant to them.

    Same with the pitch afterwards. Really look into their business and find the key areas that are their biggest concerns and tailor your pitch to those. Don't just trot out the usual sales spiel to each one.

    This method gives a massive advantage over contacting leads blind. You get to find out all about that business, their unique story, what their biggest challenges are. I hadn't realized that about this method.

    To me I only looked at it as a way of getting 5-10-20% email responses rates, but that's only the start of the payoff to start a relationship with them.
