  I second, kijiji is the biggest classified in Canada. Top 10 in Alexa for today, Nov. 30th. It's far ahead craiglist which is 23rd.

I would chose the 10 that allowed for the most optimization. ie: adding photos, videos, long descriptions, links, etc.
