Gamification How do you guys think this can/will help us serve our clients better?

Of course it can depend on industry etc but can you see gamification really getting results for our offline clients in the near future.

I have a new guy starting who is to do a lot of the coding/ design/technical stuff but he also creates games for PCs, consoles & APPs and I just have to monetise that aspect of his skill set somehow.

I am considering getting him to design some platform that we can use and then roll it out as a service to other consultants, businesses , but one that blows the competition out the water, not just another copy paste project, one that takes business and customer relationships quantum leaps forward
