Direct mail to PO Box or street address?

Is mail sent to a street address frowned upon by the recipient if they have a PO Box?

Any pros/cons to either? Prospects are only small businesses with 1-5 admin staff.

    I don't think it matters if it gets to the prospect.

    Places I've lived in the US, the Postal Service does not do
    street address delivery at all. And, they won't deliver the mail if it
    does not have the PO box.

    So, you also need to check with your Postal Service.
