Which niche is best to target for seo clients.

I was looking for some people that sell SEO, as I have been studying via blackhatworld/warrior forum digital point.
I have been working for a motorcycle dealer. Just got a raise to $11.00 an hour, totally over the place. So I asked to work part time, now making just enough to survive.
So in my time off I found a new job selling seo for a company in my area. I have three deals in the pipeline right now Within the first week of starting.
Ill be using the technique of using spyfu/ cold calling. But my call will be to offer something free.
Since every site out there is pretty much made of wordpress. Ill just call let them know there site is very vulnerable to hackers, by showing them the admin subdomain.
Then I will call back following up on errors that I gave them on my initial call.
I was just wanting to know which offline niches are good to work with, Im going to start with pool guys/ pest control guys. Based off previous advice. Any advice out there from any seo sales pro's that I can soak in?
