Two Words that increased Calls by 100%!

OFFLINE MARKETING

Hi,

I run an IT co. but dabble in real estate marketing for friends & family (unregulated market in India. dont need to be certified, etc).

I ran classified paper ad which had all the details except 2 words. It pulled in x no. of calls.

Ran the same ad with these two words at the end of the listing. Attractive Price. I saw a tleast 2X No. of calls for this ad.

I learnt that:
1. in a bad economy market, pricing matters. I guess it matters anytime?
2. We genuinely believed it was attractive & hence no one complained.
3. The property has got offers now which we didnt have last week.

We do a lot of internet marketing for real estate cos. would love to know, what are the proven words that pull calls/ leads/ customers? Hurry, Limited Time? Only for 50 customers! etc

Congratulations! Those two words were exactly what your market was looking for and it worked. I think it works even in a bad economy and I figure, most buyers don't really know what an attractive price is so if you tell them that it is (and you truly believe that it is) they will take your word for it.

  When it comes to running ads a simple word change can be significant
  
  The better you know the target market the easier it is to set up
  the most interesting ads.
