How to sell/target development services?
Hi,
During the last three years I was working in finance as an IT contractor/software company through a limited and now I would like to changes my company
to mainly a web design and development company and offer outsourcing development.
I want to target a niche like finance/bank, non-government organisation and accountants, entrepreneurs, etc...
My linkedin contacts mainly contains employees in banks/finance and due to regulations banks develops internally their own websites and softwares.
So, should I just forget this bank/finance industry and/or extend my niche to small business owners for example?
