Google partners issues

Here in the UK this has just gone officially live today as in we have to change to it, now all this MCC code and crap, jeez they make it confusing, you click on a link and it takes you somewhere you don't really wanna be, why cant they just make it simple , we been with them years ffs they know everything about us! Yet they still want us to jump through hoops instead of just having to press one button and they do it all for us.

anyone else had/having fun and games with them?

    Yes, you are correct and it is getting frustrating. For Google to be as powerful as they are they continue to make it more and more difficult to work with them. For example, if you have a problem with one of your MCC accounts you call customer service right? Well not even customer service can ever really help because all they are are middle men.

    I got a random email over the summer saying that 8 of my accounts were in collections and if I do not pay they will shut them down. Well that can't be right because I do consolidated billing with them so ALL of my accounts were payed at once every month. It took 2 weeks of me showing proof of payment and jumping through hoops for doing nothing wrong in the first place. It also happened to my buddy a month later. So yes, I agree with what you were saying.
