How I'm setting up deals where I get a percentage of the revenue..if you want to know

Since the information given out on the $7 webinar put out
by Ryan Deiss and Frank kern, I've set up 2 of these
revenue sharing deals.

Have another one in the pipeline.

Here's how it works.

First I talk with owners of information
product businesses.

I tell them about a business case study and
the results that came from it were a breakthrough
for them and how it has implications on their business.

That case study came direct out of the Black Friday Webinar.

Then I demonstrate how that can be applied into their business
by giving examples.

They buy into the principals and see how it can be done in their business.

Then the conversation moves on to implementation
of the marketing and sales funnels.

Which leads to my involvement to set up
and how I can get paid.

The easiest thing is getting paid a percentage
and that can automatically happen through the shoping cart.

So I set the funels up and we work together to create the bait and the upsells
and the automation of the steps when the person is different stages of the funenl.

I get no fee to set this up.

I take a more long term view.

Of cause their has to be a level of trust in each other.

Plus, I wouldn't entertain this arrangement if I didn't see
everything is ready to come together to make this a reality.

    I've been putting some stuff from the webinar into action already, too. I'm wrapping up the info into a short eBook. I am describing the sales funnel concepts in simple terms. Not sure if the book will be for lead gen or as a tripwire yet. Whatever it ends up being, I will have something to pass off to business owners that qualify me to help them.

      I told the case study to a copywriter who works for a guru in a ino product business.

      He got the go ahead to put this style of funnels
      while talking about what I shared from the webinar.

      Great seeing it being implemented.

      I can see the water filter manufactuerer case study
      being put into a report for bait for manufacturers.

      It would be hard for them to resist hearng
      about one of them going from 6 qualified leads
      per month to 6 per day without spending any more money
      on advertising!

        Hey Ewen.

        Great share!

        I was on that webinar as well, and it was eye -opening to see the "trip-wire ( small entry level purchase) all around me once it was called out/distinguished by guys smarter/more experienced than me.

        That is an excellent idea you shared - create a case study of the trip wire concept - and offer it as a lead magnet - sort of like a coffee table book about coffee tables - that turns into a coffee table.

        And, also, for me personally, helps me with a personal road block that I encounter that I run up against from time to time - hesitancy to capitalize on/charge for - ideas that aren't mine.

        Keep on sharing.
