Now that you are working the 50K for newbie idea...
I personally have a system I call the 5 W's and an H. These 6 topics will be the content of your page. Just get with your newly found customer and fill in the blanks as it were.
- WHO
- WHAT
- WHERE
- WHEN
- WHY
- HOW
Who the company is: Company name, Family owned, who the owner is... you get the idea.
What they are: Full service this and that. The best, the newest.
WHere they are: This one is probably the most important. Where the store is physically the phone number that kind of stuff. A solid up-sell to a $199 package would be to submit to google places. This takes a bit of education but is worth it for you and your client in the end run.
When they are: store hours, easy enough.
Why they are: The passion for what they are doing, the family history, poor immagrants that came and wanted a piece of the american dream.
How they are: Using the latest technology, one sandwich at a time, with pride.
Now you have the content and the site is up and running, Good Luck.

Might I suggest another model; the one I use. I sell sites for $500.
- I create the text from the formula above
- I build both a regular and a mobile site
- I take Photos that pertain to that particular business ( store front, store owner, product etc )
- I SEO the page for the local market
- I Submit to major search engines
- I Submit to Google Places <-- this takes a bit of reading, you want to implament code on the page to make this right (I cant give away every trick haha)
- I submit to Yahoo Maps
- I submit to YP
- I place a link to Wikipedia from the main page ( It the clientis a plumber I link the wikipedia plumber page )
- If the customer in the past has had a TV commercial that is currently relevant I place that on YouTube, and link that from the main page.
I sell a coupon program. Placing a link on thier page that allows the customer to print out a coupon. I charge $100 a year for this, and I change the coupon every month. However, its not just that 1 customers coupon on the print out. I have 10 other coupons on the page as well. So the store coupon is on top full witdth on the page and then under I have 2 columns 5 each with other participating business' ( for the mobile sites I only use the single store coupon )
I currently ONLY use business that I have built sites for, but I guess you could sell these spots out if you wanted. I personally dont, due to my marketing stratagy of Community. Any one that enters my program becomes family, a community that works together, thrives together!
Hope it helps... Good Luck!
