Hiring Telemarketers From The Philippines - Help Please

Greetings everyone!

I have been on this forum for quite sometime and finally decided to create an account. I am in the process of hiring a few people on odesk. I will monitor them very closes to make sure everything is getting done. I have a few questions:

-Do they normal have their own equipment?
-for others who have done this, how do you know if they are actually calling and reading the script? (are you recording the calls?)

  • The best way that helped me to communicate with people in odesk is by using skype and monitoring the work they have done for me.

  • Along with their work log I have my team send me daily updates of what they have done for the day so you can keep abreast of their progress.

      some may have but most of the time these are provided by company and telemarketers would prefer this. but you can actually post this as a project requirement.

      - As a client, you can have this option to record calls. Some uses recorder like prettymay, skype recorder and you have automatic dialer.
  • You can create a skype account (along with subscriptions/credit) for your telemarketer in sky manager. You can see a daily call log of their activities.
