is it right to contact business owners starting monday 30th DEC

happy holidays everyone ... I don't live in the USA and there's no holidays in my country in this time of the year...i work with USA business owners like dentists..etc... my question to the USA fellas here is:

- when are business owners are back to work from the holidays.. the majority of them?

- if i contacted them starting monday 30th december, will i get any response?

    You will find people who are in and want to talk, and those who aren't.

    Identify as quickly as you can who is who and spend your energy accordingly.

    There's no "bad" day for prospecting--on those days when fewer prospects are in, fewer people will be calling them so you have less competition for their attention. The key is to prospect consistently. Not just a one-time effort.

    There is NEVER a bad time to present someone with an opportunity that can bring them profit and is personal and truly geared to their needs.

    By the same token there is NEVER a good time to randomly contact people with random inconsiderate service offers that have nothing to do with their needs.
