Has anyone used data modeling practices to optimize their direct mail lists for greater returns on direct mail? What resources did you use to understand how to implement such practices and how did you determine what categories to use when designing your qualifications? Any advice would be wonderful! I am so thankful to the community. Haven't been able to contribute much but it is definitely a blessing to have such talented and generous individuals that help out when they can, thanks again!
