OFFLINE MARKETING

I'm looking to learn Local SEO for my own offline business.

Can you guys recommend any WSO's, or courses that have helped in learning LOCAL SEO

Including Youtube Marketing.

The majority of the threads discuss obtaining local seo clients, Im not interested in that.

Getting a bit more detailed you can look at How To Do Local SEO For Your Website in Five Minutes (or So) - 2013 - Local SEO Guide Andrew has a blog on the subject that is filled with solid information. His writing gets into the finer details of what needs to be done. Tons of reading there for you!

The two critical ranking factors with local SEO citations and links. Reviews left for the business do not make as great of an impact, although they seem to help a little bit. Reviews are more important for click through rate and lead conversion.

With citations, the goal is to have them on as many competitive sites as you can. It's pretty easy to find your competitors by looking them up through Google, and then running a Google search on their phone number and address. Compile a nice list and go through it to submit your own citations to the various directories they've already posted on.

Link building is the same as you're probably used to, except local links way very heavily for obvious reasons. See if you can get the local chamber of commerce link and leave blog comments for any local blog you can find. When I'm building Web 2.0 sites for the links, I always make sure to have the recommended resource page or contact page that has a citation on their two for added benefit.

There are android apps that make leaving reviews for your clients very easy. Train the clients on how to have their customers enter a quick review through their Google account right at the place of business via tablet or computer. If your client does what you tell them to, he'll get a lot of legitimate reviews that way, making your life a lot easier also.
