Hey, if you wanna start getting some offline clients, you need a way of showing them your worth before you ask them for money. If you're really good at SEO, one idea would be to set up a lead generation site in their niche.

E.g. Start advertising as a plumber in your area. One you have a good local ranking on google, you have a much more powerful position when you speak to potential clients, and tour proposition changes from:

"Hey, do you want me to do some SEO?"

(And remember many offline businesses still don't even get what it is)

    To...

"Hey, I currently have a website generating 5 plumber leads per month. If I give you those leads, how many of them do you think you could turn into cash"

Then they can completely understand your proposition, and see the value in it. If they can convert just three of those leads into a £100 sale, then they KNOW what your service is worth to them (£300 per month).

Then explain that you can scale it up, if you have a client buying the leads, and turn that 5 leads into 10. They they'll value it at £600 per month. So you can easily charge them at least 20% of that per month.

Why wait for sales to earn an affiliate commission?

    Edit:

On top of that... you can use lifetime value to pump it up even more. For example... a good beautician can generate £500+ per year from each customer.

So if you send them 10 leads, with an estimated conversion to 6 sales, the value shoots up 10 fold. Those 6 front end sales might only be worth £50 each, so £300 in total.

But considering the annual value of each customer, it is really worth more like £3000 per year to your client. Then rather than charging around £60 per month, you can charge £600+.

P.S. sorry if I'm using the wrong currency, I'm British :-)

    Edit:

P.P.S. Sorry, I edited in the wrong box, because I'm on my mobile lol.

My advice to anyone that wants to start brand new fresh in the offline world is to start of your existing network. Start with family and friends then work from there.
