How to Sell Leads or how to do it

I am targeting doctors here and I want to know how to sell them leads or how to get leads myself so that I can sell them.

Anyone who are selling leads, can tell me how to go further with this.

    Doctors certainly aren't an easy target. In the niches I go after, I look for people who are already advertising on craigslist, the local classifieds, or elsewhere. these people are in the mindset of generating more business through advertising and are more apt to spend money on average.

    some of the good ways to find who to sell your leads is to join relevant groups on linkedin and create your connections there. also have a full profile for credibility and to close the sale. If your leads are good, there will be no doubt you will see retention of your services that you provide.

    to find out how much per lead cost, find out how much the sale would be for the lead buyer, and figure out a your percentage. for the typical example, the dentist (lead buyer) looking for a lead for a patient for teeth whitening, the total sale if the lead converts,would be hundreds. I believe you can charge $50-$100 per lead once they convert.

    either you send them the lead free, then once they convert you cash out. asking for the commission afterwards is because the patient may buy in from an upsell once they are there, which means that will be more money for you.

    industries like real estate doesnt have an upsell to their sale, therefore would be fixed price.

    Build a sample site with their info and their logo and contact them with the link. Now offer to let them use it as a lead generation platform free for 3 months then charge them your regular fee.
