Outsourced Insurance Telemarketing/lead generation

Hello all,

I'm in need of some advice about outsourcing telemarketing/lead generation services to places like the Philippians. Ill do my best to explain what im trying to do.

This idea is just in the beginning stages, and am looking for the best model to maximize returns. I'm an insurance agent in Toronto Ontario and this is the 3rd company i've worked for where there are colleagues hiring people on craigslist and Kijiji to cold call and book appointments for them, since these sources aren't reliable, im looking to charge other agents across the country for telemarketing services to this niche market. Im confident that there wont be an issue finding customers, my issue is the actual work.

from your experiences outsourcing cold calling...

-Can you recommend a company I speak with?
-How many calls on average will can they make per hour?
-How much is a fair price I should pay someone?
-when outsourcing, can you have a local phone number appear on the prospects call display?

Any insight you might be able to share with me would be greatly appricaited.

    It all depends on what you are looking for specifically. You may not find anything much more reliable than Craigslist if you're trying to outsource to the Philippines.

    There are a few different factors that are going to determine pricing. Are you providing the scripting/lists to whoever you outsource to? Are you looking for a performance based model, or are you just hoping to pay someone hourly to crank out the dials?

      What I was going to Dow as have 2 tiered pricing, one for straight cold calls laid per hour, this is what I wanted to outsource and I would provide scrubbed names and numbers. Then if they provided leads and had a specific model they wanted to follow I would have someone local for that.
