So I'm looking to hire one telemarketer this summer and I'm trying to figure out the best way of going about that. I'm currently using ZOHO CRM and want to integrate it with either a cloud based call system or to use a phone bridge and use a PBX system.

I'm wondering if freelance telemarketers (US based) have PBX systems in place ready to integrate with my CRM? Or would it be best to integrate with a cloud based system like 3clogic so that the telemarketer doesn't need any technology to get going.

Ideas? I'm a beginner with telemarketing/telesales, hence the newbie question.
