I am selling online prescene managemnt to local UK businesses.

What are the best online sites/business directories to list local businesses in the UK?

I was thinking a Facebook page, listing on Google maps, register on Foursquare add to Hostel World/Trip Advisor. Is there anywhere else I should list them? Perhaps I should add them on Google Local, Yelp.com, yellow pages, EZLocal, etc?

It seems EZLocal is only for USA based businesses? What is best for the UK market?

Also, I noticed that some business directories require a phone number in order to register on them. So if I want to list a business, do I put the client's phone number in there? It's always a pain when sites require a phone number to register.
