How to Hire TeleMarketers ( Business Consultants)

I am looking to hire around 10 tele marketers who can sell to hot leads . I am looking for decent guys with zeal to work. Do you have any suggestion from where i can hire those. I need to sell web design to very very hot prospects.

I can pay them hourly and commission. I prefer them to be US/Canadian citizen.
