YT Channel Delete - Only 1 "Unlisted" Video

LOL! Gotta love the tube. I literally put up a new YT channel and had 1 "Unlisted" video - that was embeded on a new website. And the video itself was just a single image (no music or voiceover). I was simply using it as a placeholder.

But, they gave me the 'ol "This account has been terminated due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines and/or claims of copyright infringement." - Oh really? I find this interesting since the only way anyone could have found my video is by going to my website. And since the site is new and not ranking, that raises even more red-flags.

Soooooooooooooooo, I'm thinking that the ONLY way this could have happened is that they don't like my IP address.

Any other theories???

What was the image and did you own it?

The fact the only video was unlisted and wasn't truly a video may have set off a bot to kill the account.

Yep, the "image" was just white text on a textured background like "San Antonio Plumber". I created a single image and just made a video out of it.

Hmmmmm, never heard of the bot thing before. We'll see what happens. I'm going to create a new channel in a few days when I get my real video (not a placeholder) done.

I'm hoping this actually was an "automatic" thing though because it would at least make sense. Otherwise, the "This account has been terminated due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines and/or claims of copyright infringement" message doesn't make sense. - I see nothing in those TOS that says you can't put up an unlisted video.
