scambook reputation management problem -- how would you solve this?
I have a client for social media that has an issue with scambook and has already paid the $200 fee but they won't remove the bad review that was resolved.
Apparently scambook is really a scam. How would you solve this?
I was thinking get better reviews from real customers and post it in other sites or look for legal action against scambook but i've read lots of posts that scambook doesn't remove its posts despite the complaints.
The company is huge and is very reputable. Rep management experts, what are your thoughts?
