Call Tracking Number

Can anyone recommend what they feel is the best company to use for a call tracking number? I am sure this has been posted but I can find what I want.

I am looking for a company that would provide numbers with local extensions.
They would also need to record each call and be able to automatically send my clients a call log to their email monthly.

I am sure this is basic stuff but this is new to me.

Thanks in advance for any help.

        ACT will do it for you. You can send reports, e-mail notifications and do automatic billing if you want to. (automatic billing is in the upgrade). I been using it for way over a year now. You will be happy with it. It does everything for me and I can host it on my own server. Also, if you want you can upgrade and get whole bunch of other useful features.

      I forgot to mention I will be using the call tracking in Wordpress. I see there are a lot of plug ins. They all see to specialize in showing you where each call is coming from. Ex. adwords, organic...
      All I want is a number that will forward calls immediately to my client, record them and send them a monthly email of the call report.

    Calltrackingmetrics.com is my preferred vendor. They charge three dollars per month + 5 cents per minute per number, a very reasonable charge. Also they have dynamic phone number insertion, so that you can swap out multiple phone numbers on a website for pay per click advertising or other reasons.

      It looks like most call tracking companies provide a lot more then I want or need.

      I am basically looking to purchase a local number and be able to:
      Assign it to a specific site
      Have it route calls directly to my clients phone instantly
      Record all calls
      Send a monthly call report via email to my client and myself

      I want to make sure I don't loose the number because it will be used in local directory listings as well as other areas.

      Can any of these companies do exactly this?
