Citations in Europe

Anyone have experience with citations in Europe, primarily the Netherlands?
I'm having difficulty finding good sources for this.

  Some, but it is tricky. We are actually working with a couple clients there right now, and where we normally do great with intl orders, we've struggled. Couple hours of digging manually and via the likes of Whitespark, here are a few of the ones we have found so far.
