How to Address Flyers in Bulk

Hey Folks,

I have questions.

Say I have a list of 500 names and addresses, and a digital design for a flyer with a small "white" area where the names and addresses would go - how could I get each unique name/address in there quickly and effectively?

Do I have to copy/paste or does anyone know of software, or companies where you can give the flyer design plus the mailing list.

    When I do mail merges I use Microsoft Publisher to design and use Microsoft Access for the names and addresses.

    I then go into Publisher and pull the names from Access and do a mail merge. Then, when it prints it prints out all of the addresses.

    OK thanks guys. I'm thinking of using Sales Genie who will print double sided flyers and mail out and also label appropriately for 70 cents a flyer. Seems good IMHO.

    Use a mail merge system, this will auto input the fields that you want to change from flier to flier.
