Interested in selling Offline Websites
I have tried offline marketing before never got great results.
I just saw a offline theme on wf that looked pretty good. I am fluent in building wordpress sites. I probably can finish a full site in a few days easy.
So I am thinking either build and sell or build and rent out these sites offline to new businesses without websites.
What I am thinking of is to
1. Create a sales websites promoting my service.
2. Hire few employees to go out and sell these sites for me.
3. Have easy contracts to make things really simple.
4. Create the sites myself.
Can you guys give me tips on this and how it is working for you.
Do you Rent or Sell Mobile sites?
Do you have employees and whats good pay scale?
Do you have an easy contract to close deal fast?
Are there any new offline WSO's that talk about the actual business of selling websites?
Is this still viable with offline businesses?
