Try to put author because for company logo, your brand must be famous like SEOmoz or some other brands.

Does the firm have tv commercials? do they have print ads? Do they have billboards? have they in the past?

If in their current and or past advertising efforts used Pics, then that is what you want. If they used the logo primarily, that is what you want.
