You should list all the benefits that your target customers can gain from the features of your service packages in an organized material that you, prospects and your existing customers can refer to and share from time to time. This will also make it more convenient for you to add new promos or update your service packages. Here's how you can do this:

First, ask a local copywriter to develop a sales page and a set of ad copies for you. These materials should be able to grab the attention of your target audience, to make them interested enough to view the rest of your sales page and ad copies, to make them think and feel that what you're offering is the answer to their problems, and to compel them to contact you and buy what you're offering.

Second, place your sales page on your site and Facebook page. Then, have your business and website and social identities listed in Google Places for Business, Bing Places for Business and Yahoo! Local among other local business directories on the Internet and also in offline local business directories.

Third, position your ad copies across local offline and online channels where your target audience frequently hangs out. These are local publications like newspapers and magazines and online places like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, local blog networks and online social communities among other relevant online channels...

Since I'm the guy that probably gave you the term on your last thread, I'm going to ask why you aren't asking these questions on an actual cleaning forum? You might get more qualified cleaning professionals and their opinions on such.

Then again, why in the world would you try to undercut low wage jobs to start your business and try to convert someone's business model instead of just finding those that hire contractors? Is it just because you saw help wanted ads and that's easier lead generation than actually doing some work? You could vet on the phone and call around and find communities that hire their cleaning out easily.

Companies that do things in house do so for control. They have an employee on staff at all times to clean up immediate messes and probably get them to do things that you won't do that aren't even directly cleaning related.

Why not just apply for the job? If you're going to work for even less on your own, maybe you'd make more.

First, list down the advantages of hiring your company comparing with doing it in-house. It is important that you know how to justify why they should outsource instead of handling it on their own.

Once you get this done, advertise your services. Email, call and send out flyers. Agree with umc, you should share this on an actual cleaning forum. I think they can help you better since they are on the same industry.

Look up the global cleaning association forums. Great info there. I'm a member there, and there is a sub forum for apartment/turn cleaning. The participation there can be slow, but there are years and years of posts to read through.
