So I have an auntie that works in a very nice hospital and they are
geeting a bit desperated because they are not getting any clients and the girl in charge of marketing is not doing a great job

I am going to met with my auntie that knows the people in the hospital and brainstorm a few ideas on what to do for them to increase exposure of the hospital and posibly some adwords campaigns to generate leads for specific services (plastic surgeyr etc etc)

I have been thinking on pulling a package for them but my real focus right now is only on google lead generation, what do you thikn i could offer them? i was thinkin on packages including youtube videos and stuff, maybe facebok fan page (not sure if its the best idea for hospital) or some other services

what do you guys think I could offer them? how much you think I shold charge (I charge $750 for handling the campaign on a local business... my currency does not allow so much) but for a private hospital that gets 3k out of a plastic surgery... at least... i am thinking on much more)

all advices are appreciated

thanks

Why did you determine to focus on Google lead generation? Have you done any research into the customers of the hospital and local community? How old are most of the people coming to the hospital? How are they getting their information?

Most of your older people (large % of hospital patients) are well aware of the local hospital and are probably less likely to run Google searches. Probably best to hit them hard with direct mailers reminding them to get to the hospital for check-ups and important tests.

For plastic surgery, Google Adwords may work. However, people will usually "shop around" a bit more for that and other advanced surgeries, so people are only researching. I'd focus more on local SEO and demonstrate that your hospitals doctor's are experienced, thought leaders in the area, and friendly(people don't necessarily care about cost, they care about getting the best care by a friendly doctor whose an expert in their field)

If you run Adwords, make sure you capture people's emails and use an autoresponder to give them more information and the particular surgery they're looking to get. Possibly a drip campaign and segmented lists.

Also focus on Facebook and social media as well. Facebook is great for laser targeting different segments so you can market to people with different diseases, illnesses, ages, genders, etc...

Before they do any promotion, the first service they need is a market analysis. Who are they currently serving? What services do they provide? What services are their competitors using? Are there any gaps in service?

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to start marketing before you even know who you are marketing to.

You could club somebody in the knees and then leave one of those drop cards that people sometimes promote on here as you walk away. If they can crawl to the card, they can find where to go get help.

Or, maybe the hospital could organize some sort of community outreach programs to get people accustomed to coming in. Free screenings and such build goodwill in the community and once you get someone to take that first step with you (coming in for some sort of a free or low cost screening) it is easier to get them to take another step, and then another.

i really agree in your advice.it is like their website needs auditing first before doing any promotion.that way they know their strength and weakness.
