Digital Marketing Agency- outsourcing/ white label

Hi,

So I have regular SEO clients which I have picked up through IM forums, which for the most part involves some on page SEO along with quality backlink building through Video creation/ distribution, Press release writing/ distribution, web2.0's etc etc.

I am in the process of looking to expand and offer services to companies local to me as well as targeting other business nationally. I would probably not be able to handle the work load myself so instead of taking on an employee I was looking at using white label services so I can concentrate on growing the business.

I have looked at some of the major white label packages, many who offer good prices, and a dashboard for clients to log into (which could be a good selling point.) However I am concerned that what they do is not enough, and realistically they are probably only going to do similar link building to myself, so would I be better to take on less clients, do the work myself and have a bigger margin per client?

Just wanted to here what people think about white label services if you have used any?

Thanks

What white label solutions have you found?

To be honest, you are best hiring an outsourcing company because these "quality" links you're building are likely having very little positive effect on your clients sites.

Obviously depending on your distribution methods you could be driving some direct traffic from video, press release and Web 2.0 but the actual backlinks themselves are likely either no follow or have been devalued by search engines.

You'd be much better off hiring a company or hiring a freelancer to perform outreach for you.

I can almost guarantee that even if they only get 5-10 relevant links per month they will have a much better impact on your clients sites than your current activities.

I've been in your position and found that as soon as I removed myself from the actual work equation the quality of work decreased, although I was able to concentrate on getting more business in, my staff simply weren't as good as me at SEO, so I moved into a more strategic role (which I still do today) and trained people to do basic outreach and then let them learn from experience.

Hire a single person who is young and enthusiastic and speaks your native language fluently, teach them how you want them to do things (but not what you're currently doing I think) and let them do it for you, then when you get bigger and want to hire another member of staff the first person can train and manage them for you.
