Offline Facebook package marketing

Hi guys,

I need your suggestions. I am trying to market Facebook advertising services to local business. I have a great email swipe which i send out to potential clients with over 20% response rate that they are interested.

Per 100 email sent out i get around 20-30 responses that they are interested.

After that i send them my 2 page proposal for my basic package of around 500 Facebook clicks to their site and everybody silences or minimal response.

It is hard to provide them some kind of proofs or client testimonial since it is virtual service delivering traffic.

Any suggestions of how to provide them proofs for them to see what they get??

Thanks

What level pricing are you offering?

Usually the main killer (if your targeting SMB) is the price. People expect anything marketing to be cheap as chips.

Also if you don't already, send them case studies of clients with the pricing. Its more proof of why you charge what you charge.

Don't persuade them. Let them persuade themselves.

Do some case studies. One for the $100, one for the $500.

Show the results you get with $100, the results you get with $500.

Also, accept that some people only want the results you get with $100.

You might also want to present 3 price points
          100 500 800

500 looks a bit cheaper now.

          By the way:

Is your $500 worth at least $500?

The packages are well worth of it, i take around 15% commision. And i our country you can get quite a lot of real interested visitors for that kind of money. 3 price point yea it is nice trick.

If anybody has some nice Facebook ads case studies i am willing to share mine for thems.

When you sent them the 2 page proposal...did you send it email or tangible mail.

I'd send tangible mail - convert it to case studies (dollars vs. clicks) - then offer money back guarantee, including testimonials if you have them.

I sell a product to attorneys that is the most expensive in the industry - the reality is that the product is great, but how do you prove that? When including guarantee, the response rate to attorneys went up tremendously, then adding 2 pages of testimonials from other real attorneys, the response rate shot through the roof.

Do you know your target audience's pain? Lack of business? Do you makes your proposal specific to their industry or just general?

I also run a few businesses (real B & M) and constantly get emails and calls - many telling me they guarantee 500 clicks a week or month for a specific niche...I laugh, because I know there are at most 78 potential clients in the whole county each month for a popular niche, so 500 clicks a month or a week is a total lie.

Know your market...this will give you sales...and higher profit margins.

Yeah definitely need more info here.

What is your pricing? How exactly are you presenting your offer?

Also, are you just saying that you will send them 500 clicks from Facebook to their website?

If you are being that generic in your email....500 clicks could mean anything.

You'd be better off talking in terms of sending your would be clients, "leads" and potential customers who are interested in their service or business.

Because remember....business owners could care less about "clicks" to their website.

    They want leads and customers.

The fact that you are sending 100 emails and getting 20 to 30% response, and then on the follow up getting crickets? says volumes. I don't need "further" details to see that sending a potential client a 2 page proposal that offers 500 clicks is nothing short of epic failure.

Offer a service that is inline with the initial contact. With a response rate like that you should have some problems in your life, but money and rejection shouldn't be 2 of them.
