How to prospect clients for a Telemarketing Call Center

I am planing to open a Telemarketing Call Center in the Philippines and would like to ask for an opinion on what type of clients to prospect (types of business that need telemarketing), how to get clients (ways to get clients for the business), and how much to charge for the service (what would be the average price of an appointment setter in the US).

and if possible what would be the best VOIP provider that gives unlimited calling for the US/CA and Call Recording.

    No one that will give you unlimited calling, VOIP or otherwise.

    If it seems unlimited, is that your volume is low.

    That might be hard at first.. I'm assuming this is your first rodeo in starting a business, judging by your lack of marketing experience to prospect clients, and understanding your niche.

    I think the best way to approach this first is to actually work in a call center as an employee/manager first. You'll quickly learn first hand everything it takes to run a call center, how to prospect for clients, and expected pay rate, etc.

    After you spend about 1-2 years learning the trade inside out, then your ready to open up your own call center in philippines
