
Materials and books on B2b Cold Calling objections?
I recently applied to work as an appointment setter for a cold calling company.
I would like to know if anyone has any good resources.
Like a list of common objections and common approaches to them. In a generalized format, NOT product specific.
I would also like some good book and materials that will increase my number of appointments set in general.
I will memorize the script and be natural, but Im sure there are more things to be doing.
Keep in mind, I am simply setting appointments and sending them over to closers.
