Success with affiliate sale in local classified ads?

Hi,

In our local version of the PennySaver (many different names for these local newspaper style classified mailers), I see ads for things like Viagra or other online pharmacy products.

Questions:
1) Have any of you had success with that same type of products in local offline papers
2) Have you had any success selling other affiliate products through a local offline medium like this

I'm not talking about face-to-face services, but an affiliate link to some online product or tangible items that are shipped to the buyer

    That's a great question. I'd love to hear if any one has tried this. I've thought about it, but never took action.

    Course you'd need a domain and could redirect it. Could be low cost.

    A good question which never occurs to most people.

    I was reading a great thread in the Off-line section of the WF about this very topic just a few days ago... go take a look over there, 1 of the warriors was giving great tips about this.
