I'm not clear on exactly what you're asking here...

It sounds like you have a domain/website that you need help with?

Can you be more specific in exactly what it is that you need help with relating to your domain/website?

Have you developed an appealing website for the domain?

If yes, then proceed with SEO and Local targeting to get traffic and leads from there.

You can do SEO on it, get it ranking for a bunch of local keywords, then call up some painters and tell them to buy the phone calls from you.

Then do it again for plumbers and electricians. And roofers. And landscapers, and other high-dollar contractors.

There's plenty of info on it in the offline section.

Not quite sure what you're asking

What can I do with "blank" that I updated on my mystery website?

Why not SHARE your niche and SHARE your advice.

You're asking the medical equivalent of "Doctor I'm sick, what can I do?" :-)

Jean, you have to decide what you want to DO with this domain.

Having a domain, no matter how aged, with nothing on it is worthless.

Will you develop SEO content on it and rent it out as a lead generation tool?

Will you sell it, developed or not, to someone in that market?

The most effective thing to do is call some people in that market, and ask them if and how they are using websites to generate traffic, interest and sales. Let them tell you the business model that is working. Then implement that.
