Wordpress Scraper

Hi does anyone know of a WP scraper that can tell if the site is mobile optimized and tell what version or age the Word press has been on the site - May help with targeting local WP to sell security plugin & a new mobile version?? One that uses Google or yellow pages world wide & also captures the clients details? Or can software be built to do this?
