best ways to get a business contract with a retail establishment
I work for an employer that has grown complacent and is not getting us new contracts. I want to get them for them so I have work to do. I have no experience with dealing with property managers. My employer has the licenses, insurance, and credibility, but as stated, they are not getting new contracts. Anyways, I live in a suburb of a city that has plenty of opportunity's. Some of the property managers I wish to contact are in other states. How would a regular guy with no real managment skills go about making an intro and pitching a proposal for a contract to service a retail establishment? My employer has no problem with me doing it, and would be thrilled to get a lead on a new account and it would obviously score me some bonus points.
