1. Research Phase

Like I said, I am a little bit different when it comes to how I build my business. While others start with picking a domain name or product, we start with identifying an audience & problem first. We will then make a list of problems and pain points your audience is currently experiencing.

We will build a customer profile by using the Facebook Audience Insight Tool. We will take this same information and create your entire marketing funnel with it (Choosing the correct domain name, creating content, building audience base etc) .

2. Media Creation Phase
-Creating Valuable Content
Based off of the information about your audience we gathered in the research phase, we will find writers who are experts in your niche. These writers will then craft VALUABLE, high engaging, content that SPEAKS specifically to your audience's major problems and pain points.

We will also find related videos from other sources to populate your media property with. Remember, it's not about PRODUCING all the content but aggregating the most valuable content in one place.

With every article we post, we will make sure it's uploaded with a related picture or video that compliments the article.

3. Branding Phase
-Pick a Domain Name
In this phase we will take our research data from phase #1 and come up with a Brandable name that will double as your brand name in your domain name. We will make sure the domain name is CATCHY and it speaks directly to your target audience.

4. Design Phase
-Site layout and design
We will make sure that your media property has the correct layout for your industry. For all our properties, we research the industry's MOST popular magazine and study their layouts and design. Once we analyze the top sites, we then implement a layout and design that is being used across your audience's top sites.

5. Social Media Phase
-Creating Your Fanpage
This phase will include us creating your Facebook fanpage completed with a customized Facebook Cover. We will then post content from the magazine and optimize it for your Facebook fanpage.
