It was stranger in my amazon website because I saw in Product status that there were Total added to cart = 34265 .... what is that mean?

This man is use Amazon affliate plugin which he bought from themeforest.com. The problem is tha if you get any issues from your plugin ,,, so how to update it ,,, so you cannot get any support from this plugin becuase the seller will ask you the code of your purchased and he will give plugin update ,,, so I high
