Hey guys, Jonathon Locke here. I'm selling one of my niche blogs that is located at Everything Health Blog. It currently receives between 500-700 visits each month; and has an auto posting system in place to update the website automatically.

Revenue comes from Adsense and Clickbank ads, but has dropped off due to my lack of attention to the website (I haven't touched it in about 5 months).

There are 50 unique blog posts that were created especially for this website, in addition to the auto posts that add up to 360 total posts. The site has the following:

218 pages indexed in Google

114 inbound links verified by Yahoo

The site has brought in around $250 in adsense/clickbank revenue over it's 6 month life. If you put in even a little work promoting the website, you could increase its profit substantially.

How much expected maintenance work is there?

The site is $300 OBO. I would expect you could submit a few articles to Ezinearticles.com, and a good amount of traffic would start flowing. It is highly indexed in Google, and receives a decent amount of traffic right now.
