If you don't already have a six figure business then you are going to love this group of sites I have for sale. I've got too much on my plate and I need to let go of some of my sites. How Do You Make Money? The blog takes about 30 - 60 minutes per day to run and advertises the membership site. The membership site is what makes the money... The membership site is free to enter but the visitors have to twitter a specific phrase in order to get the secret sign up page. This drives traffic virally and I get several sign ups per week... Once they are in the membership site they learn about a marketing system. At the end of the lesson we sell them the software that does the system for them for $97. Every new member is also sold the coaching course for $197 as an OTO I Was Paid $13,000 To Build This System A very well known marketer paid me $13,000+ to build a coaching program for him. I created over 15 videos explaining how to start, run, and grow an online business for him and kept it 100% unbranded to me. Those videos are the coaching course that is sold as an OTO inside the membership site and can also be sold from the blog. What Skills, $$$, Time Are Required To Run This Site As I said already the blog does all the hard work of getting traffic and then the membership site does the selling for you. How much does it cost to run: Just pay for hosting What skills are needed: You need to know how to use wordpress & embed videos (My assistant will set up the site for you) How much time per week is needed: An hour per day is all you need Why Would I Sell Such A Good Site? I already have a very successful (six figure+) business and this site was just one of those late night ideas I had that turned into a side project. Which now has me with too much on my plate. Normally I would sell this site for $3,000 - $5,000 but I don't even have the time to try and sell this site the right way. Yes, but not as much since I have stopped working the blog like I am supposed to due to my other project needing my focus. However, the blog still gets about 10 visitors per day from SEO and the membership site gets a few new signups per week from the viral traffic builder inside. Is The Site Making Money Right Now The conversions for the $97 sale inside the membership site are around 1% and could be better with some tweaking. The site has made $200 so far... I just don't have the time to do more. If It Only Takes 1 Hour Per Day - Why Don't You Have The Time? Because it's not just one hour when you add it too my current business. It means I have to stop what I am doing, change my thinking, spend the hour, then stop again, change my thinking again, and then get back to my other business. I have a kid in scouts and a rapidly growing business outside of this site. Add in sleeping, eating, and morning work out and my days are quite full.
